§ 226. Enforcement
- (a)(1) An employer shall, within 20 days after personal service or receipt of a citation
issued under section 225 of this subchapter, notify the Commissioner that the employer
wishes to appeal the citation or proposed penalty. (2) If an employer does not notify the Commissioner as provided in this subsection and
an employee does not file a notice under subsection
