§ 6-13-904. Agents for school districts.

The educational cooperatives will act as an agency for all or some of the member school districts in dealings with other governmental and private agencies. The educational cooperatives will have the power to contract and handle funds for the member school districts under conditions specified in the agreement between the member school districts and federal law and regulations and state law and rule.
