§ 6-13-1301. Legislative intent.

It is the intention of the General Assembly through this subchapter to: Stimulate local innovation and creativity in restructuring Arkansas public schools; Facilitate the empowerment of educators and other persons at the local building site level to identify the needs of their particular students; and Implement methods of satisfying those needs.
