§ 12-12-702. Warnings.

Prior to administering any psychological evaluation tests, the person to whom the test is administered must be warned prior to any questioning that: He or she has a right to remain silent; Anything he or she says can be used against him or her in a court of law; He or she has the right to the presence of an attorney; and If he or she cannot afford an attorney, one may be appointed for him or her prior to his or her questioning if he or she so desires.
